Cancellation and Refund Policy

Policy Overview

The Future Entertainers Academy is committed to fair and transparent enrollment practices. This policy outlines cancellation and refund terms for all programs. All program fees are paid upfront before the program start date.

Refund Terms

✓ Full Refund (100%)

Timeline: Cancellations made 7 or more days before the program start date

Students may receive a full refund of their enrollment fee if they cancel at least 7 days prior to the official program start date. No questions asked.

⚠️ Partial Refund (50%)

Timeline: Cancellations made 1-6 days before the program start date

Students may receive a 50% refund if they cancel between 1 and 6 days before the program begins. This partial refund reflects preparation and resource allocation costs.

✗ No Refund (0%)

Timeline: Cancellations made on or after the program start date

No refunds are available for cancellations made on the program start date or any time after. Once a program has begun, full payment is non-refundable to reflect instructor compensation, materials, and resources already committed.

How to Cancel

To cancel your enrollment and request a refund, please:

  1. Email us at contact@futureentertainersacademy.com with your enrollment details
  2. Include your full name, program name, and enrollment date
  3. Clearly state your cancellation request
  4. Allow 5-7 business days for processing

All refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at enrollment.

Important Terms

  • •Refunds are only available for program cancellations. Materials, merchandise, or other purchased items are non-refundable.
  • •If a program is cancelled by the Academy due to insufficient enrollment, a full refund will be issued automatically.
  • •No refunds or credits are provided for missed classes or late arrivals once the program has started.
  • •All program dates and times are final. Requests to change enrollment dates may result in different refund terms.
  • •The Academy reserves the right to modify this policy with 30 days notice to enrolled students.
